When you hire a webmaster to design your site they own the design. The United States Copyright Act of 1976 states that the owner of all the rights in copyright is the creator, or author, of those rights. Chatterbox releases ownership to all website design to you the customer.

Your domain name should reflect what your site is about.
Ideally you'd like to have a high priority keyword in the domain name as well.

Websites should be designed with the search engines in mind. Not all webmasters know how to market or promote the website they have designed. Naming pictures 007.jpg will not give the search engines any keywords to index, now if you name your pictures, silverlakearealodgings.jpg this will increase the chances of your website coming up in a search engine such as google.com if someone does a search for Silver Lake. Search engines like text, this is what they index and is also how people find your site. There is more to website design then just making your site look pretty.
